Each) Succulent shrimp smothered in a Cajun sauce that’s packed with spice and flavor. Tender Collard Greens (4 x 6 oz. Each) Slow-cooked to perfection with just the right touch of seasoning, these collard greens are the perfect side to round out your meal. Creamy Cheese Grits (4 x 6 oz. Each) Silky, cheesy grits that melt in your mouth with every bite, the perfect balance of savory and rich. Storage/Thawing Instructions 1. Unbox the ingredients and handle the dry ice with care, avoiding skin contact. 2. Store any servings you plan to cook later in the freezer . You may refreeze the product for up to 1 year if the product remains in the original packaging. Perishable product, keep frozen. All shipments are sent in insulated coolers with dry ice. It is possible and common to have no dry ice remaining in the insulated cooler when your food arrives. If this Is the case, you need not be concerned. The quality is not diminished as long as the product feels cool to the touch. Cooking Instructions 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. 2. Place all pouches into the boiling water while still frozen. 3. Place lid on top of boiling pot and set a timer for 10 & 13 minutes 4. After 10 minutes, carefully remove the grits and collard greens with tongs or a scoop and place them on a sheet pan 5. After 13 minutes, remove the shrimp pouch. 6. Once the bags are cool enough to handle, cut open the tops of each bag. 7. Empty the contents of each pouch into individual bowls to drain excess cooking liquid, then transfer each serving onto a plate. Add your choice of optional garnishes. 8. Enjoy your warm and freshly prepared Shrimp & Cheese Grits!
